Before this newsletter existed, I tried to start four different things.
Not four bad ideas. Four ideas I genuinely believed in. I put real time into every single one.
And every single one quietly died.
Not because I was lazy. I was working constantly. The problem was I had no way to know which idea was actually right for me. And no system to run any of it without it all sitting on my shoulders every single day.
I would start. Put in weeks. See a little movement. Hit the wall where everything felt heavy. Then quietly stop. Tell myself the idea was not right. And repeat the whole thing with the next one.
That loop is exhausting. And embarrassing. And nobody talks about it.
So today I want to give you what I wish I had when I was stuck in that cycle. A system you can run inside Claude that tells you what business to build, where to position yourself, and how to actually keep it running without burning out.
Why most people never start
They are not short on ideas. They are short on confidence that they are picking the right one.
So they research. Overthink. Do nothing. Feel bad. Research again. Six months gone.
High-potential people freeze the most because they are terrified of going in the wrong direction. Starting something they hate. Wasting a year on the wrong thing.
The fix is simple. Stop trying to think your way to the right answer. Let market data find it for you. That is exactly what Claude can do in a single session.

Step 1: Find your business idea with this Claude prompt
Open Claude. Paste this. Fill in your real details after.
You are a world-class business idea coach. You only recommend one-person businesses. No teams, no complex operations, runs from a laptop, low overhead, high margin, powered by AI.
Step 1: Wait for me to give you my skills, passions and what I think people pay money for. Do not do anything until I send this.
Step 2: Find the 3 best business ideas at the intersection of my inputs. For each one, find 3 to 5 real people already making money doing it. Include their offer, price point, and rate market demand as high, medium, or low.
Step 3: Recommend the right model for my situation:
High skill, low audience = High ticket ($2K to $10K, coaching or consulting)
High skill, high audience = Sell everything, low to high ticket
Low skill, low audience = Build the skill first, then go high ticket
Low skill, high audience = Low ticket only ($1 to $97)
Step 4: Rank the 3 ideas from best to worst fit based on my inputs. One sentence per ranking. I make the final call.
Follow it up with your actual background. Your job, your skills, what you enjoy, what industries you understand, what you think people would pay for.
Claude comes back with real people, real price points, real validation. Not guesses. Market data.
Step 2: Find the gap before you post a single thing
Once you have your idea, do not immediately start creating content.
First find where you can actually win.
Pick one creator in your space who is already growing. Paste their YouTube or LinkedIn into Claude and say:
"Analyze this creator. What do they cover well? What is their audience asking that they are not answering? What angles are completely missing? Give me 5 content ideas that would instantly stand out next to their work."
I did this for someone building in the AI space. She found that everyone teaching AI automation was talking to developers. Nobody was talking to non-technical working moms trying to build something on the side while holding down a full-time job.
She stepped into that gap. Signed her first client at $5,500 per month. Three kids, full-time job, never done this before.
She did not invent a new idea. She just found the empty space and walked in.
Step 3: Stop creating from scratch every time
This is where one-person businesses fall apart. Not at launch. At month two when the content demands pile up and you are spending every evening just keeping things alive.
Set up a Claude Project for your business. Not a random chat window. An actual project.
Inside it, upload your brand voice, your offer, your audience, your content rules, samples of your writing. Claude builds memory inside a project. The longer you use it, the more it thinks like you.
Now instead of starting from zero every session, you open Claude, describe what you need, and it already knows everything. You are refining, not rebuilding.
Then when you need content ideas, find a high-performing post or video in your space, paste the transcript into Claude with a sample of your writing, and say:
"Break down why this worked. Now write me an outline for my version that fits my voice and my audience."
Claude gives you the skeleton. You fill it with your stories and your experience. Hours of work becomes one focused session.

I am not telling you this is instant. Setting it up properly took me a couple of focused sessions. There was a learning curve.
