When I finally sat down and audited how I actually spend my time, it was an eye-opener.

  • Workouts skipped because “too busy.”

  • Important work delayed because I worked on easy but less important tasks.

It was not about having more time, it was about knowing what to cut, what to keep, and what to prioritize.

That’s when I built a time audit system using ChatGPT.

It gave me clarity, a real schedule I could follow, and rules to stay on track.

And honestly? It’s been one of the best productivity tools I’ve ever created.
