Here's how to build real AI mastery in 2026

Hey
It’s Tuesday and Newsletter day for you.
If I am being honest, 2025 was not the year people “mastered AI”. It was the year most people played with AI.
Everyone used ChatGPT.
Few people understood it.
Even fewer built leverage with it.
I saw the same pattern again and again in my inbox, DMs, and calls. People were:
Jumping between tools every week
Copy-pasting prompts without understanding why they worked
Asking AI to “do everything” instead of learning how they should think
Consuming AI content daily but shipping almost nothing
AI became entertainment. Not a skill. That’s my biggest frustration with 2025. AI was never meant to replace your thinking. It was meant to upgrade it.
2026 will not reward people who “know AI tools”. It will reward people who understand AI systems. If you felt overwhelmed, distracted, or stuck despite using AI in 2025,
this email will make things clear.

Where most people went wrong in 2025
Here is the hard truth. Most users stayed stuck at the bottom 20 percent of AI capability, while believing they were “advanced”.
Prompt hacking without fundamentals.
Using agents without understanding workflows.
Running automations without knowing what problem they were solving.
It’s like buying gym supplements without ever lifting weights. AI mastery is not magic. It’s a ladder. And if you skip steps, the system collapses. That’s why I’m sharing the 28 Levels of AI Mastery today.
Not to overwhelm you. But to reset your expectations for 2026.
How to actually master AI step by step in 2026
Here’s how I want you to think about the next year. Stop asking “How do I use this tool?” Start asking: “Which level am I at right now?”
Most of you are between:
AI awareness
Digital literacy
Prompt usage without structure
That’s fine. But you cannot jump directly to agents, automation, or production systems. In 2026, your job is simple:
Build depth, not chaos.
You move forward only when:
You understand what the model is doing
You can explain why a prompt works
You can design workflows, not just generate outputs
AI mastery is not about speed. It’s about control. And control comes from fundamentals stacked patiently.

How I personally use AI in daily life now and you can use too.
I don’t treat AI like a magic button, and I don’t use it everywhere. I’ve learned that using AI without intention slowly weakens your own thinking. So instead of asking AI to do more, I ask myself why I’m using it in the first place. For me, AI is a thinking companion, not a replacement for judgment.
Most people turn to AI only when they feel stuck or overwhelmed. I do the opposite. I use AI before confusion sets in, when ideas are still forming and decisions are still flexible. That timing makes a huge difference in the quality of outcomes.
I use AI to think clearer, not faster
Speed is overrated if your thinking is messy. Moving fast in the wrong direction just helps you fail more efficiently. I use AI to slow my thoughts down, organize them, and turn vague ideas into structured reasoning.
When I ask AI questions, I’m not chasing answers. I’m asking it to reframe problems, surface trade-offs, and show me angles I might be ignoring. Clear thinking compounds. Fast thinking without clarity just creates noise.
My honest thoughts going into 2026
AI is no longer optional. But shallow AI usage is dangerous. The gap in 2026 won’t be between “AI users” and “non-AI users”. It will be between:
People who understand AI
People who rely on it blindly
One group will build leverage. The other will feel overwhelmed and replaceable. You still have time. But only if you slow down, choose a path, and commit to mastery instead of trends.
That’s what CoolDeep AI exists for. To help you climb the ladder. One level at a time.
I will walk with you in 2026.
