I get many emails a day about a one same question. How do you interact with ChatGPT or any LLM???

Most people are still stuck using ChatGPT like a toy.

They throw in vague prompts. They chat for fun. They ask it random questions like it’s a souped-up Google search.

That was me too when I first started. I thought I was saving time, but in reality, I was just scratching the surface of what this tool can actually do.

The truth?
If you’re not using ChatGPT like this, you’re wasting hours every single week.

I want to do an honest confession, I am getting daily requests for Prompts for different area of our life like Content Creation, Copywriting, Digital Marketing, Sales, Learning etc... Though we have many Prompt Bundles out there for 100% FREE.

People need premium Prompts which work in real life. What do you think? Should I create Prompt Bundle with all the necessary prompts?

Where most people go wrong

Business owners use ChatGPT to “fix” tiny problems. Maybe to get some headlines, a list of ideas, or a draft of an email.
But then they get frustrated. The answers are generic, the copy feels flat, and they go back to doing everything themselves.

Here’s what they miss:
ChatGPT is not just about prompts. It’s about customization. And once you unlock that, it changes everything.

The real game changer: Custom GPTs

Let me show you what flipped the switch for me.

  1. Copywriting GPT
I gathered my best-performing sales pages, emails, and social media copy. I trained a custom GPT on my exact voice. Now my team can generate copy that sounds like me, sells like me, and saves me thousands in copywriter fees.

  2. YouTube Script GPT
I upload my video transcripts and templates. The bot now creates full YouTube scripts in my style, complete with intros, hooks, and CTAs. What used to take weeks now takes hours.

  3. Student Support GPT
Inside my program, I trained a bot on all my lessons and worksheets. Students ask it questions before coming to me, and they get answers that feel like I wrote them. It cut down repetitive questions and freed me up for the important work.

This is what people don’t realize: you don’t need to buy a $997 course on how to build a GPT.

ChatGPT itself will walk you through the steps if you just ask.

How to train your own GPT in 5 steps

  1. Go to ChatGPT → “Explore GPTs”
On the left panel, click “Explore GPTs” and then choose “Create”.

  2. Choose “Configure” instead of “Build with AI”
This lets you directly add your own data, rules, and instructions.

  3. Add your voice & rules
Write out how you want it to behave: your tone, style, do’s and don’ts.
Example: “Always write in a friendly, human tone. Use short paragraphs. Avoid technical jargon.”

  4. Feed it your best content
Paste in top-performing sales pages, emails, blog posts, transcripts, or templates. Only use the stuff that worked.

  5. Test and refine
Ask it to create something small (like a headline or a short post). If it sounds off, go back and adjust the instructions or add more examples.

🟣 Why This Works

When you train a GPT on your best material, you’re cloning your brain for your business.
You’re not just saving time. You’re building leverage.

Think about it:

  • Copy that matches your tone every single time.

  • Scripts that sound like you, ready to publish.

  • Students or clients supported without your inbox blowing up.

That’s not AI replacing you. That’s AI multiplying you.

🟣 Final Words

So if you’re only using ChatGPT for casual prompts, you’re leaving money and time on the table.

Upgrade. Train your own GPTs.
Let them do the heavy lifting while you focus on growth.

And here’s the fun part: I’ll be covering more of these hidden ChatGPT use-cases in the next newsletters.
